We want you to love your Creepalachia merch! If there’s an issue with your order (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), please contact us within 14 days of delivery at creepalachia@gmail.com. We’ll be happy to offer a refund or replacement.

Please note:

• All sales are final on preorders and limited drops unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

• Items must be unused and in original condition to qualify for a return.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
