1. Orders & Payment
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Preorders are charged immediately and ship within the timeline stated on the product page.

2. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to U.S. addresses. Once shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the postal service or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

3. Returns & Refunds
We accept refunds or exchanges on damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. 

4. Product Descriptions
We make every effort to display product details accurately. Colors may vary slightly due to screen differences.
